Following Feature and My Hope

Hi my local guides fellows. Today I’m going to share my new achievements and new experience. A few days ago @MahabubMunna bhaia said that in new updates many LGs get Following option in their map’s profile. After hearing I signed in Google Maps and went to check my profile I noticed that a pop-up notification is here. I’m one of them who gets this following option

What is the Following option?

As usual when people going any place or search any place, then they’ll see your review here if you reviewed the place. And if anyone visit your profile they can see your contributions. But in this case LG gets a following option where if someone follow him, they see his contributions in Updates option. That means people can follow your reviews, lists and photos and get updates on new posts.

It’s helpful?

Obviously it is. Because of this feature LGs can see various LGs new posts. They can learn from this. Everyone will be trying to give quality photos and reviews. Which can make maps more effective. Actually, It’s my point of view. Hope everyone will try to maintain quality in Maps, which helps people much.

Hi @Tejasghagroha

At first you need to go someone’s Profile. Who got the option. Then you can see follow option. If you follow someone then I think another people will follow you.

Hi @marcorp . In Bangladesh few local guides got this feature. Hope in Peru you guys will get this feature soon.
