A while back I posted about asking if I did something wrong as 15% of my reviews suddenly went missing within a short month. I understand that there will always be a small discrepancy seeing some places close or owners object and reviews disappear. But these were mainly my most successful ones.
But now since halfway November, NONE of my reviews has been placed. Literally EACH review does not get posted and I went from 15% missing reviews to a 100% missing. That’s 22 new reviews missing since and going up 100% with every new review I place. A total of 44 missing reviews!
I went with friends over at least a 100 of my reviews seeing if there was anything in my style that could violate guidelines (which it didn’t, I’m always employing courtesy even when it’s not that good)
I did use the form called Account investigation for contributions not visible on Google Maps with a small glimmer of hope, but nothing since; Not in the 3 weeks following, nor 2 months after where we are now. Seeing 100% does not get posted I know there is something wrong for sure.
I would like to ask for an official investigation, how do I get in contact with someone?

Starting from over a month ago, 20 out of 20 of my reviews are not posted.
Another 20 are missing from older reviews, all the successful ones.
Last review: Thai CC Tower was a visit early November, likely posted between the 8-10th of November.

I looked at your photos and noticed that you have uploaded pics to Bangkok. That is not allowed. Only places with an upload link or an upload button should have pics uploaded to them.
I’m sorry but you will need to compare your contributions to the relevant guidelines.
From your older posts here on Connect I get the impression that you might be representing or own businesses.
If picked up be the spam filter, this could easily explain your trouble. You may need to not use the same account to maintain businesses and being an independent local guide.
Those pictures with location Bangkok, Thailand are fine and I’m not to worried about it. Here many roads are unnamed but the postings still show in people’s overview and involves only a very small amount of my photo’s. The above post is not about the photo’s, it’s about missing reviews.

This is beyond a simple error.
I want to inform you that I just released your post from spam quarantine. Our filter is working 24x7 to protect the community and you from unwanted content, but sometimes it can be triggered by something and remove a legitimate post.
Thank you Morten, but as said those are photos and nothing I’m concerned about in a country where often the only location available is the city you are in. Come visit me in Bangkok and you will be surprised how many densly populated ‘unnamed roads’ there are in an area with 15.5 million people called Greater Bangkok.

Giving Reviews is what gives company owners a shoulder to lean on.
I hope all reviews one day will show, it helps and motivates entrepreneurs a lot to continue businesses in hard times knowing someone enjoyed their services.
I have 260+ reviews and over 5500 photo’s in at least 7 different countries, why would you think this would be my businesses or that I have an interest in any of them?
I’m sorry but your imagination is taking the better of you. Let’s focus on the facts and not assume, please.

I understand that you are facing difficulties. Because I also have 100% hidden posts after December.
I don’t refer to other Local Guides as spammers without proof. Many guides suffer from this problem even though they are polite and helpful.
Please complain regularly using the form. Since 2022, most my reviews have been hidden, so I request an investigation once or twice a month.
We are in the process of trying to improve the map.
Hi @YasumiKikuchi filling out the form more than once just creates duplicates and a back log for the human moderators. They will get to your check, fill it out once please.
My suspension was lifted today and the team promised that the review would be back in a few days.
This time, I complained directly by e-mail and received a response on the same day. I will try your method next time.
The number of missing reviews just keeps growing and I’m very sad I can’t help new shops mostly, getting their first review. Luckily they, Google still accept my input putting them on the map which is odd in a sense seeing I’m somewhat ‘blacklisted’ for posting reviews but apparently good enough trusted to add new locations
You cannot contact the team directly by email @Latte there are feedback options in Maps and you can reach Googlers here on Connect but the best way forward is via the form. If you’ve completed it then give them a chance to get through the backlog.
