How can we follow other local guides on Google map … Please tell from the screen shoot …

There is a follow option on Google Maps mobile version where you can follow business and stay updated on their offerings. First, search for a business you’d like to follow. Once you do, you should see a “+ Follow” button appear on the location’s card.
Tap the “+ Follow” button, and if this is your first time following a business, you’ll see a pop-up to confirm.
I hope that this information will help you and I am going to move your post to “How tos” section, where Local Guides ask questions, share their tips and more.

You asked about how we can follow each other on Google maps. I don’t think that is possible. The thing that comes close is to bookmark the profile page of those you want to follow. And then visit them now and then.
I went to your public profile and noticed that you have accepted to share your reviews and photos etc on your public profile. So I can simply bookmark your profile page and come back late to see if you are making progress as a local guide (a friendly smiley was insert here).

Hello @MortenCopenhagen and thank you for your help. Yes, you are right that there is no option to follow Local Guide on Google Maps, however on Idea Exchange board, there is an idea about this : Follow local guides on Google Map, but we did not manage to implement it in time.
Due to privacy reason I removed the Google Maps screenshot from your comment. We do not encourage Local Guides to share private information publicly on Connect in order to protect yours and other users’ privacy and safety.
