Today I started receiving a huge number of messages from the photo category. I tried to disable the subscription, but it doesn’t disable. Watch video. I looked in the settings for notifications disabled. Why do I get notifications and why does the follow button not work?

Thank you for letting us know. I personally do not have any issue with notifications, And I just tried to switch form OFF to ON and back to OFF without any issue, but I know that someone noticed the issue. I am tagging @AngieYC for a check

I’m drowning also in unwanted emails. I can’t figure out how to stop them. Help.
It started late afternoon yesterday. The emails says I’m subscribed to “general discussions” which is not a wording used on Connect… But I guess it means How-tos. I turned off Follow on How-tos and Idea Exchange. But emails keep comming. And under email settings I don’t see topics that I’m subscribed to.
Also, I now get some new stange notifications on the website when someone changes the lable on an old post. Also completely irrelevant.
Please stop it or tell us how to stop it. Thanks.

I solved the problem.
Changed the browser.
Disabled all extensions and add-ons.
Completely cleared the history, cookies, cache…
To fully resolve the issue, I disabled all email notifications. My email is now clean. I didn’t have to do this before, because the subscription function worked fine.
Now the button is disabled. The function continues to work.
