Flowers I saw during meet-ups: Part 1

Bangladesh has a very fertile land. Plants grow very easily here. As a result, if you look with curiosity, you will see some flowers here and there. Before the lockdown started for COVID-19, I have attended 4 meet-ups this year in different places of Bangladesh. In these meet-ups, I saw many beautiful flowers along with natural beauties. I took photos of some flowers which I am sharing here with you. I am sorry that I do not know the names of many of them.

@ Sonargoan, 128th Meet-up, 31-01-2020

128th Meet-up:

This meet-up held on 31-1-2020 and the venue was the historical Sonargaon which is 40 kilometers away from my home. I attended this meet-up and took below flowers. This meet-up was successfully hosted by @MehadeHasan

Artificial flowers:

During this meet-up, I saw the below artificial but beautiful flowers. Except for the smell of natural flowers they all other qualities.

129th Meet-up:

I hosted this meet-up . The venues were the Shilpakala Academy and the Ekushey Book Fair . The below photo and the cover photo of this post were taken from the first venue of this meet-up.

Meet-up no 130.1:

This was a very interesting meet-up to me. The venue of this meet-up was 100 kilometers away from my home. Along with many natural beauties, I took the photo of this silk cotton flower which is known as Shimul flower in Bangladesh. This nice meet-up was hosted by @SunMoon .

Thanks a lot for the name of the Dhalia Flower @fasi6083 . I will remember this name. Actually, separately I know this name and I have seen this flower before. But I cannot match the name and the flower together Thanks once again.

As mentioned by @fasi6083 I think it is Dhalia flower @AbdullahAM . I have seen a lot of flowers in the campus of Mymenshing Teachers Training College. I think there will be huge flowers in the campus of the Bangladesh Agriculture University campus. Thanks for the nice photo.

সোমলতা যে নয়নতারা ফুল ধরেছে ঠিক ওই রকম একটা ফুল আজকে আমার বড় মেয়ে বারান্দায় পেয়েছিল। পাশের একটা বাসা থেকে বাতাসে উড়িয়ে এনেছিল কালকের রাতে। আমাকে সকালেই দেখিয়েছিল। এখন আপনার ছবি দেখে মনে পড়ল। তারপর বারান্দায় গিয়ে দেখি ফুলটাকে অন্য একটা গাছের সাথে লাগিয়ে রেখেছে । শুকিয়ে ছোট হয়ে গেছে ফুলটা, তবে চেনা যায় এখনো। সুন্দর ছবি এবং মন্তব্যের জন্য আপনাকে অনেক ধন্যবাদ @Designer_Biswajit
