Flower fest is an annual affair that comes every year, usually in the second or the third weekend of March. This is the time when flowers are in full bloom in this part of the world and is held at the Yavanika Park, which is in the heart of the town and can easily accommodate 5-7 thousand people. There is an open air Ampitheatre also which hosts some cultural programmes in the evening.
