Severodonetsk and nearby cities - a gray and inconspicuous region? This is not entirely true. It has its own attractions and beauty. One of these beauties is quite accessible to everyone. The history of the “Wild West of America” near the city of Lysychansk is quite commonplace for the widespread reality of this region of Ukraine. Once upon a time there was an illegal digging site, but its work was stopped. The quarry remained. A year later, nature worked on it and turned it into a picturesque, beautiful and unique place. It would seem that nothing unusual, but nature decreed otherwise.
The quarry was filled with water and turned into a unique place, reminiscent of the American great canyons of Arizona, only in miniature. Therefore, the best place to go hiking is not to be found near the Severodonetsk region. The picture is complemented by the fact that the quarry is located, in fact, in a wild field, and this makes it possible to feel the whole amazing natural atmosphere of this region. There is a mystical wish stone on the territory of reserve. People come here primarily to relax, reunite with nature, enjoy the local views and landscape. This is a great choice for a day trip, walks on the steppe hills and gentle slopes, here city life remains beyond the horizon. The relative proximity to civilization, the presence of access roads, a bright pond, an unusual landscape, nature and many other features attract more and more people here.
