If we look at the Java map on Google Maps, there are many flood notifications. I do not find this on maps of other countries.The extreme rainy weather in Java Island makes flooding inevitable.
Currently the floods are starting to recede but the notification is still there.
Semoga Pulau Jawa kembali normal sedia kala.
Hi, @Wisnusetiono , I’ve never seen this kind of notification (flood) before on Google Maps. Maybe it is a new feature of this app. I think it is useful, what do you think?

@Wisnusetiono , In 2020 there were floods in Colombia, affecting the San Andrés Island, Cartagena and other places because the hurricane Iota
Actually this Google Maps’ feature is not new, @BeatrizAguilar . It’s exist since mid 2017. And it includes flood warning. You could read it here: Helping People in a Crisis
@iorikun301 Well to know it, I"ll be attentive the next season of hurricane and tropical rain if it notifications show up on Google Maps the next season of hurricane and tropical rains.
If you don’t see it, @BeatrizAguilar , maybe you need to zoom in/out a little bit at a certain area.
