Heavy downpours in last 10 days, completely changed the situation from drought to flood havoc in many places of northern India. We faced too hot condition, unparalleled in last 50 years and this heavy downpour brought about flood menace that unparalleled in last 50 years. All communications have been badly disrupted.
All this happened due to Nepal’s foot hills heavy rain fall out .We are about 1000 meters down from Nepalese mountainous rivers, so all came down in our plain land .You can’t contain water for long and it is said that water finds its own level.
