Flaky and crispy samosa : popular Indian snack

Flaky and crispy samosas are one of the most eaten snacks in India. It is very popular and loved by everyone. Samosas are also found everywhere in street food, party snacks, restaurants and cafes all over India.

Recipe:

Samosa Filling-
3-4 medium sized Boiled potatoes
1/4th cup Green peas
1 and half spoon Garam masala
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves (optional)
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Ginger and chilli paste
Lemon juice

Outer cover -
All purpose flour half cup
Wheat flour 3-4 tbsp
Oil as required
Water
Salt

Method-
Knead the dough using all purpose flour, wheat flour, salt, water and oil.
Keep aside and cover it with a wet cloth.

For filling
Mash boiled potatoes and peas, add spices (garam masala, turmeric, salt, ginger chilli paste)
Add coriander leaves and mix well
Add lemon juice and mix again

Make dough balls and roll them round.
Cut it half and add the stuffing
Fold to make a triangular shape
Deep fry until golden
Serve it with mint conditions chutney and ketchup.

Both Veg and non veg but Veg samosa sold ten times more due to low Prices @NareshDarji
