We are having an issue with a local guide who is putting false info on each of our locations to get people to go to our competitors. we have flagged the reviews, but this person continues to post reviews. please let us know what we can do.

If you want to flag a review in Google Maps, follow the steps or check out the article.

  1. Open Google Maps.
  2. Find your business listing.
  3. Find the review you’d like to flag.
  4. Click More > Flag as inappropriate.

I have already done that, but nothing has changed. this person is now responding to questions on our google page with false info. I’ve also flagged that. This person is also doing this to other competitor businesses as well. What can be done to stop this person from harassing us? They clearly aren’t contributing useful info for anyone
