Fix error with webversion notification icon

Now, when there are notifications on top of the avatar, a red notification icon with the number of unread events appears in the upper right corner of the page.

However, when you click on the icon, in the pop-up menu there is neither a list of events, nor an item highlighted in red, when you click on it, you will go to the list of notifications:

At least so in the Mozilla Firefox browser for Google Android.

I suggest finally fixing this obvious bug.

I couldn’t replicate the issue on Android device. Could you please clear cache and cookies, logout and login again and check if you can see the notification.
