We are organizing a virtual meet up related to our health and fitness. As you all know about Corona Virus due to which we all are staying inside our homes and are not doing any physical activities, this meet up specially focuses on those activities which give us fitness and positivity during the lockdown period because if we will not do any exercises or workout our body will become lazy and will not be fit to do any physical activities. As you all know that our immunity should be strong to fight against covid-19 , so we will also share some exercises to boost our immunity . Meetup schedule 1)- 2:00 Pm 2:15 pm.- One by One introduction 2)- 2:16Pm – 2:45 pm – we will discuss about fitness and mental health and also talk about the different types of activities related to our body and mind. 3)- 2:46Pm – 3:00Pm –last 15 min we will clear all doubts & have a QnA session Please be ready with your mobile and internet
Thankyou for your invite. Love to join this meet up as nowadays in this lockdown period I am focusing on my fitness. So, it would be great if I get some tips here. We must all think about our health first during this panderimic crisis.
@JMD9 I’m really disheartened to have missed the meet up. Had to go to the market for provisions and after returning, had to follow all the disinfection protocols. Looking forward to reading all, in the detailed recap.
