A signature dish which promises a unique gastronomical journey to the holistic Vietnam cooking! There are some secret spices used by the chef to create this pot!
Hi @Mar00ned2 ,
Welcome to Connect and thanks for sharing with us!
That is a great looking pot of deliciousness, as apart from the secret spices, would you mind sharing which ingredients were used in the dish? : ]
I would definitely use dill and loads scallion to balance the taste! (I wonβt miss to put in also ginger and chilly paste).

Hey SonnyNG
Thanks for your reply!
Though I had this at a restaurant I can still try and name some of ingredients that was definitely used in it. The broth was made of sea food which include fish & veggies which included celery, onions& parsley. The brother was cooked with garlic soy sauce, some fish sauce & some lime sauce. Then there was some lemon grass stems, some 2 tablespoon of fish sauce & 2-3 fresh green chilies. It contained some noodles too. And surprising 4 river water stones were put in the hot pot so that everything else would just stay afloat on the top in the broth.
Hi @Mar00ned2 ,
That sounds amazing!
It would seem that this is a new technique or I am not aware of, but by the description, I do believe it must have been a great experience to try it. : ]
