Zumba is an exercise fitness program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto Beto Pérez during the 1990s. Today I attended Zumba Dance for the first time. It’s a different experience for me. Zumba classes are typically about an hour long and are taught by instructors. My session today was also an hour long. According Zumba Fitness, LLC In one Zumba class, a person can burn up to 600 kcal, depending on the energy put forth. I don’t know how much kcal I’ve been able to burn today.
There are various types of classes, for different levels of age and exertion. They use music for dance styles. Zumba is a total-body cardio and aerobic workout which provides a large calorie consumption. I would like to attend more Zumba classes.
There are many organizations in Malaysia learning Zumba. What about your country?
I sometimes wonder how you manage to get this kind of energy to work, attend meetups and international conferences and on top of that maintaining your active life style?
