thanks for your interest replay @Anil6969 Agni Utsav or Agira Purnima is mainly celebrated by farmers of Odisha.It is believed that the rituals related to the festival is helpful for the farmers.Every year the festival comes in the month of January or February.Farmers believed that burning heap of straws on the day of Agni Utsav or Agira Purnima help them to predict about their crops in the coming year.With straws vegetables and coconut were also burnt . Joranda of Mayurbhanj district is well known for this festival.In Joranda the festival is known as Magha Mela .
