Sunergos coffee. Outdoor seating is very popular. To attract patrons, the area must have a great view. It has to look warm and inviting with lots of seating. Low background music can be optional.

Coffee outside-thumbs up. Nice breeze under pavilion. Seating can face traffic to catch the view.
