Secret places where are off the beaten path and known by few are fascinated and charming for me. I want them be found, fully-manage and well-preserved.
I usually have no destination. Just grab my phone,open the google map, follow the sounds of river run or the smell of Rhododendron,chase the a sticker of a bar. And a whole new place would show up with amaze.Then it would add on my secret list.
Maybe it is because that there are amazing number of people living in Taiwan, my lovely and tiny country in pacific,which is astonishingly convenient but suffocatingly crowded.I can always get what I need just a few step of walking. That means people are everywhere and we need to be waited in endless line most of the time,especially in weekend (not even mention some public holiday)
Modern people in my country load great pressure for living.So when the vacation comes ,traveling is a wonderful way to let off some steams and enjoy the sun and cozy leisure time. But ,usually, going to a tourist spot was a nightmare or end up in annoying traffic jam.
That’s why I love secret places where there are not crowed with numerous human and we could truly enjoy our vacation with friends, food,family under warm sunlight and inviting breeze.
And thanks to google, I can use this marvel platform to record and share those wonderful places I found.However I hope that google can do more than mapping it on the map.With such a huge company They can gather the resource and people around with the help of local guides and form a network to make a good place sustainable, local-friendly and eco-friendly. Create places that offer people to recharge and get ready for everyday life. Cause life is hard time is short.
