I like to be a local guide to restaurants because I like to go to different restaurants and try different foods and give my feedback to others on the taste, quality, and service I receive when I go there. By doing this I can encourage good places to go and discourage the ones that have poor service, lousy or bad tasting food, and poor food quality. Obviously, when you go to a restaurant, look for the “Green Placard”, if it doesn’t have that, then you know that the Health Department has cited them for not complying with industry standards of sanitary and food preparation standards. By doing this I feel that I can help other people make wise choices when going out to eat!
