Hi @stevebenham thank you for reaching out. When answering questions it is common that you do not know the meaning of some words, I once raised that issue as suggestion to provide us with some explaination as what some of these terms mean, not all of us know all what we see on our screens.

I have compiled a list of screen shorts to direct you where you can find these questions again. You will need to exit Google Maps and use other search engines to find meanings of the words you do not understand, or just take a screen short, close Maps and go find the meaning and come back later.

Here, you will need to go to your Contribution first:

second step, scroll down until you find (Check the facts) , bellow the sub heading: more ways to share

Scroll to the right untill you see: Answer questions: Simple yes/no questions

Click here, and your questions will pop up, for multiple locations, with one qustion at a time.

In future, you do not need to contact Google for this, but find the meaning of the words that you do not understand, use Google search or ask a friend.

I hope will have discriptions of some of the terms we find here in future to solve this. Thank you.

thank you for your suggestion but i already know how to do that part. ive gone back through my time line and previous un answered questions yet i cant seem to find the question my phone asked me. after doing research and finding the answer its just a little frustrating not being able to answer it. we live and learn and maybe these random pop up at location questions are simply that. random pop up questions.

thanks for your advise

Hi @stevebenham the questions which are pop ups are saved there were I have directed you to, which is obviously what you know, there is no other way to find these questions except this method. The system keeps data of where you have went and brings these questions to you in future. Please note that the question may not be there for now but you will see it in future when you answer questions next time. Cheers!

Hi @stevebenham !

I would also like to integrate the replies of @Raphael-Mahumane specifying that on iOS (iPhone) smartphones this function has disappeared for about a month or two, so there is no longer “Answer questions about a place”!

No one knows why and even if this function will be available again on iOS!

Bye,

David
