I love sharing reviews of restaurants and other places to enjoy great food on Google Maps.
We all need to eat and while we are at home or at work we usually go to the same places over and over again. But when you’re travelling to new places, it can be difficult to find the best restaurants for your taste. I love to help people to find the best food in Copenhagen.
My preference is local, fresh food made from in-season produce grown in an environmentally sustainable way. The best restaurants also take great care of all their staff and the society surrounding the place. The Copenhagen food scene is constantly renewing itself and the competition is fierce. The best restaurants in Copenhagen are some of the best on the planet. But they might move to a new place, change their chef, run out of financing or become to popular to get a seat.
Every time I’m in a restaurant, I write a review. Every time I revisit the best places, I update the review. My intention is to help people get great experiences. I usually photograph the food to help give a better impression of what is on the plates, but it’s not Instagram-pretty food that’s my focus. I focus on taste, aroma, texture and colors.
I travel to new cities and new countries several times a year. Everytime I need to travel somewhere, I start looking for interesting food to enjoy. My main tool for my own travelling is Google Maps, since almost everything is available at my fingertips in one app. I have a list of 700 places I would love to visit ?
I always look forward to travelling somewhere where the local guides have found their best places.
