From the time of inception if i am not wrong we have been a inquisitive lot which wanted to taste and better the taste and fine tune is till be got the best taste. We dont stop with that we go ahead with fusion / infusion / constructing good de-constructing food and this will go on till the end of time. We all are in our own ways obsessed / addicted to food and my journey is about the next best plate. To share the experience with all move on to find the next one.
