If you want loads of useful tips to help you reach the next level, I would like to draw your attention to the LetsGuide Podcast, which is a podcast dedicated entirely to the Local Guides program and Google Maps in general. You can find it on the podcast homepage or in any podcast player you prefer. It has episodes on a wide range of topics like pictures, meet-ups and legitimate ways to score a lot of points, and also interviews with other local guides and with Googlers. And there is an episode about Connect, if you need an overview about this forum.
