Ancient Greeks’ knowledge of our Nature gave them the opportunity to imagine ideological paradoxis in which everything can be divided in time. Those intellectual experiments expressed the will of humans to capture reality, to capture Time.
Time, as told by Horace, “Aequo pulsat pedem pauperum tabernam regumque turres”, goes and goes forward.
This humans’ need preconfigured Photography: “φωτός” light, “γραϕία” writing; the name itself express how noble this Art is, because it comes from light.
To me photography is the union of psicological will to stop time and pursuit of light.
Photography meets philosophy, art and nature: capturing reality makes me full of life, never-ending moments of pure Time.
“Youth is in the eye of the beholder”, and Photography let you live other memories.
