Cuando hacemos una foto o video del escaparate de un establecimiento, es conveniente poner un título o nota en la imagen con el mes y año para que la persona que ve esos artículos en ese escaparate sepa que son de una fecha determinada.
Igual para otras imágenes en las que puede verse diferente según la fecha.
Por ejemplo “Escaparate julio 2021”.

According to the guidelines we should not add text on our photos.
I looked at your profile and noticed that none of the almost 6000 photos you uploaded are public.
There might be a connection. Adding text on photos can trigger the spam filter and hide your photos.
Also, your 345 reviews are hidden.
So there might be some guideline violations to fix. Or it could be that your contributions are hidden by mistake as discussed here.
Please respond to the thread to make sure the Googlers also look into your problems.

O decís de imprimir en la misma foto o video la fecha en que se tomó?
En el primer caso estaría bien, de hecho esos comentarios o notas sirven para hacer alguna aclaración a las fotos o vídeos que tomamos y siempre son bienvenidas. Para orientar a quien ve la foto.
En el segundo caso, como te indica @MortenCopenhagen , tal vez no sea lo más conveniente modificar la foto para subirla a Google Maps.

Photos uploaded to Google Maps already get a timestamp in the form of the name of the month plus the year of uploading. So if we upload only very recent photos there will automatically be an indication of when the photo is from.
So there is not really a good reason to add a date in the photo or in the photo caption in my opinion. In fact it will be confusing to some users and not provide any extra info.
I note that there are often a bit of error in the uploading dates registered, but that’s an other issue.

Entiendo que uno puede agregar el comentario que crea necesario para ayudar a interpretar la foto.
Es más actualmente con la relativamente nueva opción de **"**Publicar una foto nueva" de una visita reciente (adjunto print abajo), debes dejar un comentario en el campo de la misma si o si, de lo contrario no te deja subir la foto.

Te agradezco el interés en ayudarme. Siempre es todo bienvenido.
Pero tengo dudas. No se dónde tú puedes ver que mis fotos y mis reseñas están ocultas. Por más que yo busco las tuyas o las de cualquiera, no veo dónde pone ese dato.
También me he conectado desde otra persona y veo todas mis fotos y reseñas, y esas 6000 fotos que tengo me dan 47 millones de visitas. Según publico, a los pocos días algunas tienen centenares.
Me gustaría saber cómo obtienes tú los datos para ver si algo estoy haciendo diferente.
Claro que he observado que si subo una foto de un texto del establecimiento, por ejemplo una oferta, no me la suelen publicar aunque yo la vea en mi Maps, no aparece en el sitio. Algunas sí observé que desaparecieron del sitio. Pero son una minoría.

I can confirm from your public profile that you have added 345 reviews and none of them are public.
Google has automatic filters that hide your reviews so only you can see them. This can happen when some of your reviews violate the guidelines, including:
Prohibited and Restricted Content
Format Specific Criteria (See under Text Reviews and Captions)
Read about typical review guideline violations here.
If a lot or all your reviews are made private you could try the appeals form found here.
If you are on a Desktop use this link to Count your hidden contributions. From a mobile device use this link. These links will explain how you can find out if and how many of your reviews are hidden.
If you need to identify which of your reviews are hidden please see this useful tip by my friend @C_T.
Currently, your issue might not be your fault. Read: Known issue: Unpublished reviews and photos on Google Maps. And, please make a reply there and request your account also be investigated.
Hidden reviews are not your only problem. Unfortunately.

But please don’t panic. It could be that the system fails and have hidden all your contributions by mistake. But it will never hurt learning the rules and evaluate your reviews and photos against the guidelines.
As I can not see your reviews and photos it is difficult to help you further.
One last thing: Please make sure your profile is not restricted in the Maps settings. This can make your photos and reviews look hidden even though they are not.

Te aporto algo más. Mis fotos y reseñas sí se ven si entras en los establecimientos. Lo que no se ven es si alguien quiere seguirme y ver todas. Esa persona me solicitaba permiso y yo se lo concedía y así, sí que veía tanto las fotos/videos como las reseñas.
Busqué por que me ocurría esto. Creo que nada grabe. Solo que no me podían seguir mis publicaciones sin mi autorización.
En Android. Entro en mi perfil, pulsando en en mi foto, y luego en “Tu perfil”, “Editar perfil”, “Ajustes de perfil y privacidad”, voy hasta “Perfil restringido” y lo tengo activado. Si lo desactivo, con tu manual, ya aparecen todas (casi) tanto fotos como reseñas.
Así gracias a ti, ya hemos aprendido más cosas. Claro que ya es a gustos si deseas que te sigan o no. Y siempre se activa o desactiva en el acto si uno desea cambiarlo.
