i want to introduce you a famous local food : Bingka Cake from Banjarmasin City.
Bingka is a cake that characterizes the Banjar Tribe, South Kalimantan. It tastes very sweet, and soft.
Bingka cake is made from the following ingredients: flour, eggs, coconut milk, granulated sugar, and salt. As a custom, the Bingka cake is baked with flower-shaped molds.

Hello @BorrisS This is my favorite snack actually, the taste is so Yummy.
i bought it at the seasonal Traditional cake market, because this cake usually only made by Order and can be Found at some particular wedding ceremony or maybe at special event in my city.
bingka cake now can be found in all over the Indonesian city, but the origins is From my City Banjarmasin.

the taste is sweet, usually enjoyed with Hot Tea.
i think this cake is only made by some people order, and can be found at some particular event at my city.
and the making of it use a special flower-shaped cake molds.
