Hello @Szymi83 ! My personal opinion is “without”, although in some cases having a few people in the background can give a sense of perspective.
I always try to keep people out of all my photos for Google Maps, unless it is for an arena or sports facility where the ambiance would be demonstrated by the patrons.

I also prefer without people but it is basically impossible on some famous touristy places. The only chance is usually very early in the morning.
Sure - I agree. Few people can also show what is the ambient of a place. Temple or church will have diferent crowd, bridge or sculpture another. You are right!
Yes, @VitB - early morning is always good option. Another one is rainy day (but this is not something one can organize). Although, rainy days are trickier with light of a photo.
