Apollo Gleneagles Hospital is one of the famous hospitals in Kolkata, India. It was already there in maps with thousands of photos and reviews. Recently @DrShaunak noticed that the previously added location has been removed from maps and a same place at the same location has been added with the same name.
@DrShaunak has contributed many photos and street view images of the Apollo Gleneagles Hospital (in the previously added location in maps). Recently in the contribution section of his profile, it is being shown as Unknown Place- (See photo attached below)
The gif attached above is showing screenshots of the newly added place. The Red Box and Arrow indicates the number of reviews (only 12) and the Hospital location.

The location and Hospital buildings are the same as in the previous place. But, in the current location, from the number of reviews and photos, It can be understood that this location has been added recently, and the previous one has been deleted.
@InaS Can you please look into this matter? And solve this problem by bringing back the previously added Apollo Gleneagles Hospital as soon as possible.

I noted a similar issue following a recent trip. A hotel I photographed suddenly disappeared and turned into Spa with all the photos, reviews and details deleted.
The hotel had 1000s of images and reviews.
Sometimes the person who “owns” the listing doesn’t always appreciate what they are in charge of or the impact removal (or significant change) might have on those who rely on the listing. Obviously it also impacts us but we’re not the primary reason these things exist, points or otherwise 
Maybe someone messed up, maybe it was a strategic move to hide something, perhaps it was malicious… We’ll probably never know and I suspect the original listing will not be back.
That said I’m currently also trying to work with a similar business that seems to have messed up their GMB and removed themselves in error so maybe you can reach out and try and find out who manages the listing?
If the owner isn’t obvious maybe you can reach them in the Q&A section?
Unfortunately we do so much to help these entries but a total stranger can undo it all in a click, dwelling on it can just made you angry, sometimes you have to move on for your mental health
