Today my business received a 3 stars review without any comment, I reply gently asking for the reason for those 3 stars, after not receiving any reply I dig a little bit more into this and went to this person google profile reviews not before having checked my surveillance cameras and records to make sure if this person have had stopped to my shop and my tech team found nothing !
Seems that this person is doing this fake reviews just to get the local guide benefits ! Have screen shots of her profile and reviews and you can right away can tell the none sense reviews !!
Please help with these matter because I am one ignored those business that really cares about the reputation !!

Since you are a business owner, the best way you can report a Local Guide, who you think is violating our program policies, is by following these steps on the article Flag inappropriate reviews. You can also reach out to the Google My Business Help for some additional inquiries.

I did already but I haven’t seen much result, I think the fair way to do it is once we report it shouldn’t appear at the google reviews until the investigation, hope Google can do better for the all our business sake !
I was reading about this issue and seems it’s a big one for all the defenseless businesses to fake reviews.
