Fake or useless profile?

Hi,
I tried to report this profile: USAP JBOBÀMA USAFL Michelle Obama (mich always md)
But without success. May I ask somebody for help?

@new.user That’s one of the stranger fake accounts I’ve seen. The map routes and personal pics on the various national Supreme Courts is very odd. The weidest/worst part is that she has 1.8 million views on her pics :disappointed_face:
