Hi all :grinning:

I am beyond frustrated about reports I make on fake/wrong photos on Google Maps.

Guides posting selfies or parties and don’t get me started on children.

I LOVE being a guide and I put pride in my work. I say work because I take it serious and do a lot of effort with my photos.

Then theres people posting wrong content and even has the cheeck to post on places just to be the 1st person to post.

That takes my points away while I am trying to have achievements.

I’ve reported them so many times and when I check after a few weeks, they are not removed.

I think they should go to Google jail for that.

ITS FRAUD !!!

Advice from experts on this will be enormously appreciated.

I know the frustration and agree that flagging photos and reviews probably never leads to anything.

Have you tried reporting such profiles?

Please see How to identify and report fraud on Google Maps and
You can now report entire profiles for abuse on Google Maps.

If you see profiles making a lot of spam, feel free to contact me, and I will consider escalating this to the Googlers. But you need to specify what they are doing wrong and include the link to their Maps profile.
