Fake and hate review [Greenware]

We, Greenware mobile is a one of the popular mobile shop in Colombo Sri Lanka. Our website, Facebook page and Google Map page are as follows:

Due to the nature of business competition, we get bad reviews on Facebook and Google map. Some reviews are so bad in terms of bad language, false accusation, racism, etc.

Due to our good service, we get more customers as we reach 45K likes on Facebook and good search about our shop in Google map.

Our competitors and haters have some Facebook groups which is ideal place for them to spread rumors and false accusation. Please refer the image below:

Here, they accuse us. If did bad service they can approach consumer channel. but, they can approach us with receipt/invoice/warranty form. If so, we should accept the fault. If we fail to do so, they have freedom to approach the LE or consumer channel. They never do such thing if they are real customers. But, these haters spread the false news about us on facebook groups, and it resulted bad review / 1-star review on Google map. Please refer the latest reviews in 12 hours.

Since longtime, we have reported via “Flag as inappropriate”. Unfortunately, we don not get positive response. Please help us to rid off bad reviews that not from our real customers!

Hola @Nazmila te comparto cuales son los pasos para informar este tipo de inconvenientes Como reportar fotos, también te sugiero que apuntes tu negocio al programa de My Business, donde podrás tener mucho mas control sobre los comentarios y los datos de tu empresa en Google Maps, algunos tips también los encontraras en la Comunidad de My Bussines.

Por otro lado indicare a un Google Moderador que te guíe mas eficientemente en este inconveniente que estas comentando.
