Venice, a fairytale town lies on islands connected by breathtaking bridges and with a sigh beneath them, as the couple riding the gondola lower kiss beneath each one to be together forever. With every step you come across a new surprise, the narrow streets, the canals, the windows decorated with flowers, the seagulls standing next to you, the sunlit gondolas, the gondoliers singing, the people under the masks of old ages, I think I strayed in a time when everything was much slower . How long it took them to sew a beautiful and flamboyant satin hat, lace, embellishments and corners, these tight corsets, all the rehearsals and color choices, patterns, straps, bows and embroideries, and where are the crinolines. How did they walk those narrow streets, whispering and hiding behind the next corner, some terrace, the bridge? The blue of the sea gives a special touch to this old and charming city, its color enchants you, and the sounds of small waves and the echo of the watery streets between buildings make you absent, hovering on another planet, another world. The experience is intoxicating, as are the Aperol served at every inn, sweet, vibrant in color and stunning in taste. What a romantic place Venice is. Have you ever come to Venice in the night? I think the ambiance will be more romantic, won’t it?
We walked, rode the gondola, there is so much to do and it takes a few days. If you love romance, art and history this is definitely the place for you.
Yes, I signed up to connect. I was at the carnival on February 15th, I’m thrilled. I’m not only from Veneto, but from Serbia. But if they accept us, we will hang out.

I’ve visited Venice for Valentine day, the most I liked Rialto bridge and Basilica Santa Maria, because one of the best Serbian poet wrote and song about her beauty, his name is Laza Kostić.
Venice and other Italian cities has charm as you said, they have history, soul and every corner hast its own story. Aperol on picture we’ve got as a welcome drink, for free, also an lemon ice cream after lunch, I was surprised and thankful for it.
