@jojo522 I would say that all genuine and up-to-date reviews are relevant. And how much relevance depends on what the reader is looking for. If for example I am going to be staying in a hotel and looking up reviews, I may find a review on how clean and tidy the property is very relevant to me. But maybe for someone else who is looking for best service will find a review on their services more relevant. Or someone else who is looking to know more about their amenities, find another review which talks more about the facilities more relevant. Still all genuine reviews are relevant.

@StephenAbraham Thanks for the clarification. Related to the subject would like to know how relevance priority being decided among a large number of reviews. Is it by default?

I don’t know exactly how it works, but I’d imagine there’s some sort of algorithm that determines the most relevant. It’s probably a combo of the review being comprehensive and the actions people take after viewing it, like moving on to a different place or doing something to contact the venue in question. Reviews people scroll by or don’t interact with are probably low on the relevance scale they’re using.
