My fact finding badge were freezed after deleting data from my account. Can I reset it or restart fact finding

It appears you deleted Maps history and in that process lost points for answering questions about places.
You can’t reset or undo that. You have to answer a fresh set of questions related to the places you visited as in your timeline or reviewed till date.

Please visit this link and make sure that you have selected “Keeping activity until you delete it manually”.
Otherwise, you will keep losing points from answers given by you when they get deleted automatically by Google.
This should solve your problem in the future. Sorry, there is no way to recover the points you already lost.
It should not take long to answer some questions to regain your badges.
