I have been facing some difficulties in using Google Map for the last one month. Whenever a question is asked by someone on Google Map or after clicking on it to add missing visit, that page appears completely empty, due to which I am unable to answer. I am telling you through a screen shot. Please solve this. So that I can use Google Map easily.

hi @jonim1 , I am sorry about your experience.
Make sure to:
- Update your App to the latest version
- Logout from the App
- Clear the cache
- Check to have a data connection. If you have low connection your page can take time to load
- Login to the app again
Please let us know if you still facing the issue after that

While you shall be executing all the steps as suggested by @ErmesT , I have some queries.
Do you have more than one account on your handset & whether the push messaging through Maps are active for every account?
I have never seen a mention of my email in any message from Maps.
Is it so that while you try to access the message, the account in Maps is different at that time?
BTW. Your email account details are visible in the snapshot. Either delete that or edit the image to mask that. A use should never disclose any sensitive information like an email ID unintentionally.
