Facing A Very Painful Issue, When Editing a Post. [Dialogue Box Jumped Up]

When I joined LG connect to this day, I find very difficulties with this this accessibility.

Lg connect is not working in my phone browser(Mi browser) .
I still can’t find why?

It works good in google chrome browser but still I face difficulties.
I clear all data and catches.
Update my phone…
Also Use desktop mode.

But it’s very slow working.
And when I do edits it’s more difficult to do.

Suppose I want to highlight of 10 th line of my post, when I click on this line for select all the word, it’s directly goes staring on post.

Then, I again go for 10 th line.
Now all word are selected, I do highlight.

But it takes my more time.
Sometimes my whole day uses for this one post.

Suggest me what do ?

The cursor jumping back to the top is a known issue. You can use this tip to overcome that.

To know why Connect site is not working in MI browser, you need sharing the specific error message.

There are several measures to speed up loading of Connect in the Chrome browser. I am listing the two most important ones.

As usual, you need periodic clearing of cookies & history.

Use the lite mode.

I have no objection for you marking a solution to your queries.
However, I find your queries to be naive.

Does this happen on another phone using your ID?

Then this is just phone issue and not a issue of the website.

Yes, I try in another phones like Redmi &Vivo company’s Phones… Same issue, but can’t solve in another phones also…

I use a Redmi 5 but when I say that I don’t face this issue, that is because I don’t use this Connect site on my phone or have never tried. I was only trying to troubleshoot your issue.

Though I will try this on my Redmi if it helps discover the issue.
