Faced with the difficulty that a person with disabilities may face

One day, I went to a large supermarket in Abidjan and I saw a mother struggling to get into that supermarket, the wheelchair of her 12-year-old daughter.

Unfortunately, I realized that in this supermarket, which is one of the most exclusive in our economic capital, there was not a single passage for people living with a disability.

It shocked me a lot and then I found with dismay that most places (public buildings, universities, restaurants, supermarkets and even pharmacies) did not have passages for people with disabilities.

So, I decided to make my modest “contribution” to get decision-makers to consider some aspects of our society to make life a little easier for some people. It seems trivial for us to have access to these places, while it turns out to be a nightmare for people with disabilities and their loved ones.
