I have an ideea to create a facebook fan page where to post my visited place but is this legal if im using this name google local guide Malta?

Hello. @GeorgeVLG you should definitely not use the word Google in the name. ‘Local Guides Malta’ should be fine, provided you clearly state it is an unofficial group.
Do you know the FB group Local Guides World? That is worldwide the largest group. You might find useful info there.

I just wanted to let you know that there is an official Local Guides page on Facebook: Google Local Guides. If you are interested you can search for it.
As @JanVanHaver mentioned there is no allowed to use Google in the name of your group since this is a violation of the Local Guides program rules.
P.S. I am going to move your post to How-tos since it fits better.
