Hi my name is gurinder singh . I love traveling . Exploring new places. Last year i been to uttarakhand . My destination was hemkund sahib . When we were at half way to destination . There were rumours coming from people . That at top of hill where our destination is , torrential rains , cloud burst happening there. We were in a fix . Could not choose whether we should proceed forward or return from where we are . Then my friend gave me suggestion check weather on google . And roads conditions on google maps . We were able to check weather . Unfortunately could not come to the conclusion about roads condition . Whether the roads are good for driving or not . Where is landslide is located . Where road clearnce work is in progress . I think if google appreciate people to being google guide . Then google maps is on another level . People will trust on google more and they will use it more . Surely , at remotest areas . Where we can not ask road directions from people . Òm
