Travelling and Exploring new place taking good quality photos is my hobbies and this is what i love to do apart from the software job.
I was a nerd and introvert person before joining this community, once i joined the community and started sharing my photos and experience through this forums and mostly through local guide meetups, i started socializing with the like minded people.
when i saw my photos appearing in google images and getting high impressions i thought to do more then realized the power of community, and slowly encouraged me to go out from the cubicle and explore the places.
Hence Exploring the Places and reviewing the place become a part of that, most priority i gave to accessibility information, this is most required when
you start travelling for a long distance and main problem in India. Finding Restroom in India while travelling is tough and to find a good one is very tedious, by providing such information its exactly like a digital social service.
Other thing i love to do is sharing the information regarding the shops in tourist places, most of the people life in India depend upon the tourist in Hill stations and that’s their main source of income, by sharing such information we are helping shop keeper and the tourist to find the near by shops etc.
Apart from this so happy when i see the impression over the photo i uploaded. It encourage me to do more contribution to google maps, slowly my hidden writing skills also started shows up in local guide connect community, writing was always a hobby, and it was stuck with blogging got extended in connect community.
Thanks for google local guide for that, It also helps me to move out from laziness, i used to go out more often and helps me to refresh as well as earn more points and providing accurate information about a place and good reviewing makes me thing that i’m doing something better.
More than this local guide meetup helps me to find more people and got to know many personal experience through it, Local guide was one of the life changing experience for me.
I believe the quality of photos and review has more to do with helping people, so i constantly trying to learn more from the community.
