We’re fortunate enough in Melbourne, Australia that we’re not in lock down. We’re in “Stay home” mode but we are allowed out to exercise, go shopping, go to work and do other activities. We’re approaching a stronger lock down, so knowing that was coming and knowing that there was new Street Art in Frankston thanks to a recent council sponsored festival called The Big Picture Fest I wanted to get our while I still could.
There were some great new pieces to be discovered and the best thing? Hardly anyone else there and most of the car-parks were empty. I met a charming homeless guy who offered me some of his 2 litre vodka which I politely declined but we had a great chat at an appropriate distance as he had watched most of the works painted a couple of weeks before. There were still people on the street, but not many and most of the shops were closed. I’ve not actually taken any serious photos since Connect Live last year and I have to say it felt great to have the camera in my hands again.

Hey @AniaKiser what time zone are you in? I want to find a time where we can jointly host a Street Art virtual meet-up.

So if we did something around 11am your time that would be 7pm my time on the same day. What are you doing next Sunday at 11am @AniaKiser ? I’ve got a gsuite so we can use Hangouts Meet which works better than the free Hangouts.
I would think the format would be for an hour and attendees could show us their favourite Street Art and tell us what city they found it in and where perhaps.

Next Sunday April the 5th at 11 am my time zone works for me. @PaulPavlinovich
I’m not that familiar with Hangout yet,as I usually use Skype, but I hope I will join it without any problem. Free version of Hangout for me will be enough?

Hi @PaulPavlinovich !
You did very well to go out as long as you have the chance! Now here in Italy the exits are limited only for real needs and we cannot leave for more than 200 meters from the house both for a walk and for walking the dog!
Anyway, returning to your post, in addition to the beautiful bicycle
the fresco that I liked the most is this one here:
the play of shadows is also successful!
Bye,
David
