Nagaur Fort, also known as Ahhichatragarh Fort, is one of the most beautiful and well-preserved forts in Rajasthan. The architecture is stunning — massive gates, long walls, and beautifully carved palaces inside. The fort tells the story of Rajput and Mughal eras with its ancient paintings, fountains, and courtyards.
The place is very clean and peaceful, perfect for photography and history lovers. Evening lighting makes it even more magical. The museum and guided tour provide deep insights into its glorious past.
Tip: Visit during winter for the best experience, and don’t miss the Sufi Music Festival if you get a chance — it brings the fort to life!

This is a fabulous post dear @Meena2006
The photos are excellent and I like them all.
I reached Nagaur last year, but it was 6 pm and after sunset the fort was closed.
I will try to go there again soon.
