It’s always interesting to learn how locals are managing the roasting process, how they run their places. It’s speaking without words. The aroma, the taste, the way, and style.
Then I look at guests. Who comes here and why. Coffee lovers like me, freelancers, couples, office people, artists, and many others. It’s also telling me a lot about the city and its people. And there is no better place for me, than a coffee shop, to start a friendly conversation and dive deep in the new place.
