Hello friends! We are happy to announce our next photo walk meetup at Dwarka., In our photo walk we’ll explore Dwarkadhish temple and Dwarka beach. Important fact about Dwarkadhish temple: The town of Dwarka was rich and was known as the Golden Dwarka. Dwarka was the capital of Krishna’s territorial kingdom. The Dwarkadhish temple thousands of pilgrims from different parts of the country come here for a visit. The Dwarka of Krishna’s time has sunk under the Arabian Sea. Tradition has it that Krishna’s residence was Bet Dwarka, which is a few kilometers away from Dwarka, the mainland. The Dwarkadhish Temple (also known as Jagat Mandir) and its peak rise 170 feet. The Pataka or flag of the temple is changed three times a day. We’ll gather at the main door as per our schedule. Please carry on your camera, mobile phones, power banks and water bottle.
