Coolart Wetlands and Homestead is 80km southeast of Melbourne on the Mornington Peninsula. Coolart Historic Area boasts a magnificent late Victorian-era farming property with diverse natural habitats, including significant wetlands. It’s an easy day trip from Melbourne, offering plenty of activities for the whole family. Visitors can wander through the historic Homestead, built by Frederick Sheppard Grimwade in 1895, and view the Grimwade photograph collection.
