Exploring a New Destination "Waste to Wonder Park" in Delhi

I have visita newly opened Theme Park “Waste to Wonders”, which was inaugurated by Home Minister of India Mr. Rajnath Singh on dated 21st-Feb-2019. It is situated near ISBT Sarai Kale Khan, New Delhi.

This Beautiful Theme Park is developed by South Delhi Municipal Corporation.

Every Delhite must visit this park. It is really worth visiting. A nominal entry fee is Rs.50 per head above 12 years of age and Rs.25 per head under 12 years of age.

Timings: 11:00 am to 11:00 pm

Re****plicas of “Seven Wonders of World”, made of waste materia l is the attraction of this theme Park.

Replica of following monuments are made of scrap steel pieces.

  1. Pyramid of Egypt
  2. Leaning Tower of Pisa
  3. Christ The Redeemer Statue (Rio de Janeiro)
  4. The Taj Mahal of India
  5. Eiffel Tower of France
  6. Statue of Liberty
  7. The Colosseum of Rome

This is really cool! Turning scrap metal into art, is a big step for a great cause. I would love to see this being done in more places around the world. It looks very impressive.

Which replica were you most impressed with?

Thanks a lot for comment & relavelrel . All the replicas are really wonderful. 90 to 130 days were spent to build these replicas.

130 days were spent in Eiffel Tower.

90 days for Statue of Liberty

However all replicas are worth visiting but Statue of Liberty & Eiffel Towet attract me most.

I think it’s a great way to shed some light on all the problems caused by waste.

I really like how the highlight what the different parts on the sculptures are made. You can see that they are really using everything they can find.
