Saadani National Park is the only national park bordering with Indian ocean, too close with Dar es salaam city and Zanzibar city, probably 2 hours driving on the way. Various animals with green landscaping. A price it’s not over $180 per person full day from City center. It’s good place to go and relax while you watch animals and swimming, all activities in the same place.
