I am Google Local Guide & Trusted Pro from Karachi Pakistan. I am also delivering free Google Maps App sesssions all over city to let people know how to improve our city & explore world wide. We all should arrange how to use Google Maps App training in various educational institutions.

Hello @user_not_found , there is indeed a huge need for beginning local guides to get some guidance. My approach in this has been at first to write ‘Best Practice’ posts here on Connect, and since a few months also create podcast episodes that people can listen to whenever they have time. Please feel free to refer to those if they can be helpful in any way during your training efforts.

If you want to share your knowledge with Local Guides I would like to recommend you to create a meet-up on our meet-up site and interested Local Guides in your area can indicate their interest via RSVP. You can share your meet-up more widely on your social channels, which may garner your friends or family to become Local Guides too!
