Expired Level 6 reward--any way to redeem it still?

I just noticed my Level 6 reward code to redeem some prize has expired. It arrived in my inbox without my noticing over 6 months ago, and now the code is expired. I’m really bummed because I loved the socks I got for my Level 5 reward and was really looking forward to the level 6 reward. What was the reward, and is there any way I can get my redeem code renewed so I can redeem the reward now?

Thank you for reaching out! I would like to inform you that when the expiration date has passed, we cannot provide an extension for the rewards. Make sure to update your email preferences to not miss any future reward you might received.
